How to Activate 2x application legacy license

Hello,
I am trying to re-activate 2x application legacy license that we moved to new server. The version currently being used is version 10. Not sure if there is a procedure that need to do to re-activate.
 
Any help would be appreciated, I understand the product is EOL but that should not prevent you from re-activating it. It also seem very hard to get in touch with any support agent.
 
How can I activate a legacy license that was purchase but never activated. According to the contract it should still have upgrade insurance since it was never activated. The upgrade insurance claims to be valid to 1 year after activation.
 
I need assistance with activating my Parellels. I keep getting an error message every time I try activating Key .
This license is already used to activate Parallels Desktop on another Mac. To activate Parallels Desktop on this Mac, it is recommended that you purchase a new license.
If you choose to activate this license on this Mac, the other copy of Parallels Desktop will be automatically deactivated.

NONE OF THESE OPTIONS or METHODS WORK.
