How to Automatically "Shut Down" my Win7 VM when shutting down OSX

As the title says, I want to Shut Down my Windows 7 VM when I shut down my Mac.
I'm running the VM in coherance mode, it auto starts when the Mac boots up - I found the instructions for that in the KB and it works well.
What I want is for the VM not to 'Suspend' when I shut down my Mac, but to actually log off and shut down.

Is this possible?
