How to change DHCP scope vnic0 parallels 12?

Hi I need to change the DHCP scope of vnic0 on Mac from 10.211.55.x/24 to 192.1.x.x/16.

So far I found some instructions saying I should go to Settings>Network>Advanced etc but that doesn't seem to exist anymore on Parallels 12?? All I see in advanced is in the attached image. Also, If I go in "Network" and select any option in the VM I can't change anything there either.. [note: MAC address was removed]

Can anybody help?
