How to Cntrl-Shift-Click

According to Intuit I need to preform a Cntrl-Shift-Click but I can't seem to figure it out on my own. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Problem went away about a month ago when I switched to the Mac version of Quicken. I was using the windows version.
