How to configure revers proxy with remote mail

Hello,

I have this scenario:

I set up apache revers proxy that server port 80 and 8443 on plesk server.
all is going find except the remote mail button that gives this error:

[Error #002] Unable to access the remote service: connecting to remote session failed. Contact your system administrator for support.

How can I resolve this issue?
