I would like to test some software to make sure that it will run under 32-bit Windows, but have not been able to see how I would be able to create a VM with 32-bit rather than 64-bit windows. As far as I can tell, Microsoft has a combined distribution for both 64- & 32-bit platforms (or only offers a a 64-bit download). I have looked through the configuration settings in Parallels v14.1.2 for anything where I could indicate to simulate an i386 etc. type processor. I should probably update to v15, so if that would make a difference, that would be good to know.
