How to create multiple windows in Parallels? (see attached screenshot)

So I have accidentally created multiple windows in Parallels twice. I can't figure out it it's a glitch or if I'm accidentally hitting some command.

This link is with two parallels windows opened. Normally there is just "Desktop" and "Parallels Desktop".

How can re create this action?

As per the screeshot, you have two assigned 2 Desktops for Parallels Desktop for Mac.

This can be done using the Mission Control on your Mac. Please follow the Apple support article below to know about Mission Control:
