How to deactivate the Parallel Desktop license and transfer to a new Mac

I'm trying to move my parallel desktop 10 license key to my new Mac, i read this article, http://kb.parallels.com/123461, but there is no option to sign out of my account as suggested. Please help me, thanks!

Hi @LiZ1, we've made few changes in the key settings. Please open Terminal on your new Mac and execute this command:
prlsrvctl activate-license-online and let us know how it works.

The Mac that was installed Parallels Desktop before is no longer here, and the App has been deleted.

Could you please try activating Parallels Desktop 10 on your Mac computer and let us know how it goes.
