How to delete Parallels 11 from the VM

I want to set up a new system on my mac like the old "format: c" .
This option is not available! How can i format the partition?
 
Hello Rainer, could you please elaborate the issue, so that we can check it for you. Are you trying to un-install Parallels Desktop or Windows virtual machine?

thanks for yous answer.
I have a problem with "zertifikaten", so i want to reinstall windows 10, but there is every time the same installation from windows 10 - so i want to remove parallels completely, format the partitiuon and wilöl make a new installation from parallels and then windows 10.
