How to downgrade from 17.0.1 to 17.0.0?

I am having an issue with 17.0.1 update where my Windows VM cannot see my Mac disks, nor will parallels tools install correctly. Version 17.0.0 worked fine. I would love to downgrade to 17.0.0 but I can't find a download link. Please help!
 
Thank you, I was able to downgrade using the file from the link. That did not resolve my issue. I found a troubleshooting doc that eventually led to the step of "reinstall parallels tools after booting the Windows VM into safe mode," and once I did that my issue was fixed. I was then able to upgrade back to 17.0.1 and parallels tools installed without issue this time.
