Article https://kb.parallels.com/en/6861 talks about the Windows Applications folder in the Dock and shows a screenshot on how it looks like. The documentation states that "The popup menu is completely synchronized with Start Menu in Windows", but it isn't. From the screenshot on that article, you can see that there are several subfolders, like "Windows Modern Apps", which do not exist in the Start Menu in Windows.

I want to be able to edit the content of the Windows Applications folder in the Dock. I have found where this folder resides within the system's Library folder, and edited its content (moved things out of the subfolders, deleted some of the subfolders, created new ones and added stuff to them, etc.). As soon as the computer is restarted, the changes that I did to the Windows Applications folder in the Dock are reset to the default.

How can I permanently edit the content of the Windows Applications folder in the Dock?
