How to emulate the Windows "Insert" key?

Hi all.

Using Parallels 10 under OS X 10.10.5 to emulate Windows 7 Professional.

I'm running this on an iMac with a standard Apple wired keyboard (wide keyboard with numeric keypad).

I have a Windows application that uses the "Insert" key.

How can I emulate this key?

Insert -> fn + Return
Delete -> fn + Delete
Try with these key combinations in your Apple keyboard and let us know how it works.

Would be great if Parallels could map the fn key to Insert, since it is in the same position on the Apple Magic Keyboard as on Windows keyboards. That would help my muscle memory.
