Hi When the published application being used is left idle for a few minutes 2x reports that it has lost the connection when the user comes back to use the program. Users experience 4 to 5 disconnections during their work day. I have set the user's "sessions" in Active Directory to never disconnect idle sessions and I enabled the KeepAliveEnable feature in the registry however the application still gets disconnected. So I am wondering what else could be wrong that I should fix. I uses terminal services on another server and never experience this problem. The problem server is a Dell Windows 2003 Server Standard R2 and the clients are all WinXP SP2 using 2X v5. Simon
