How to force Coherence menu to remain extended?

Does someone knows how to force the Coherence menu "||" remain extended in stead of pressing Alt key to access the hidden and very often used menu options?

Anyone from Parallels that would like to answer?

Seems that Parallels team are just as puzzled as me on how to keep the Parallels' menu extended.

Could this be considered as a change request? I mean, it is annoying to be pressing Alt key to be able to select the options in the menu to showdown/restart/etc the virtual machines when in Crystal mode.
