How to get rid of empty Parallels folder

Some time ago I moved the "Parallels" folder away from the Documents-folder (into Application Support, where I think it belongs, not to be among the files that are directly accessible to the user).
However, even after an upgrade to Version 7, Parallels Desktop keeps creating a new (empty) "Parallels" folder in my Documents-folder, which is driving my crazy! :-(
Is there a way to prevent this behavior?

I'd like to have an answer to this too. I chose a different location for the installation folder during setup but that folder in Documents still gets created on every startup. I hate it.
