I just ordered Parallels8 and was happy to receive my license key
When starting parallels it requests me for my license key, I entered it and wanted to register but it says no internet connection (already tried to disable my firewall)
So I entered the License key to my parallels account via website to get an support code but received an email that this key has already been registered...
I can't get support without this key, didn't even find a support mail adress...
all kind of help is appreciated
