How to get the registration key after buying the product?

I payed online for the Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac, then I got the receipt in the email, but I do not have key yet.
What should I do next? Should I wait for another email? Should i call Parallels?

Yes, you could contact Parallels Support or Cleverbridge Customer Support to resend your Activation/ License key for Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac. You would need to provide the reference number for your purchase.
