How to Guarantee Same IP and/or MAC address on M1

I know that setting are relatively limited when running an instance of Monterey virtually on the M1.
But is there a way to either guarantee that the same IP address is always assigned on boot when running in Shared mode, or that the same MAC address is assigned when running in Bridged mode (I can then make sure my router assigned a consistent IP).
Right now (at least from what I can see) there is no way to guarantee that the IP address doesn't change - which makes setting up some of my processes very difficult.
 
Running into the same issue as OSX VM's seem to have new random MAC Addresses every time they boot. Being able to specify the MAC Address in the configuration file would be extremely helpful in being able to set up rules for the VM's on our corporate networks.
