How to handle Multiple Users

iMac 3.2Ghz Core i3, 4GB DDR3
Bootcamp with Windows 7
Parallels 6.0.11992 - Virtual Machine of Bootcamp

We have 6 accounts on the Mac, one for each family member.

Do we need to shut parallel before switching Mac User Account?
Can multiple users open up the bootcamp partition virtual machine and login, at the same time?
