How to install MacOS Catalina on Parallels 16 for M1 ARM

Hi there,
Can I install MacOS Catalina on a Parallels VM on an M1 Mac? I want to keep a VM handy with my old Mac for a while. I've downloaded a few Catalina iso files, but Parallels doesn't recognize it as an installer. Thoughts?

Unfortunately macOS doesn't support as a Guest OS for Mac M1
Please find the list of Supported Guest OS (Apple M1) below:

• Windows 10 on ARM Insider Preview
  Windows on ARM can run most of the regular Windows x86 applications. You can download the Parallels Desktop trial and install the application you need. If it doesn't work, let us know at Parallels Forum.
• Ubuntu 20.10, 20.04
• Fedora Workstation 33-1.2
• Debian GNU/Linux 10.7
• Kali Linux 2021.1

I think the list is general
I can run any OS (Lion, Mountain Lion, Catalina, etc etc) in the older parallels with Intel so why not m1?
