How to install macOS Sierra (10.12) as VM

I am running the latest version of Parallels on macOS Catalina (10.15.7) and I am wondering how to install macOS Sierra?

I found the following article but I am not able to get the installer from apple. See the attached image for the message Receive. Is it still possible to get the installer from apple?

Hi Maria,
Which one of the items should I download? I also tried using the "InstallOS.dmg" from step 4 from this page but without succes. Any suggestions?
