How to install Windows applications?

    I am a Mac user (new iMac with High Sierra) and Paralles and Windows 10 installed. So how do I install my Windows only programs? Told you I am a Parallels beginner!

    You have to start the Parallels Desktop application and the Windows 10 virtual machine. Kindly let us the Windows programs you have it in a disk or you have to download it?
