How to make Mac / Windows desktop identical?

How can I make it so that both my Mac and Windows desktop contain the same information? As if my Mac desktop is "mapped" to my Windows desktop?

Hi,

Go to Virtual Machine Configuration > Sharing > enable Shared Profile. You may also confugure other sharing settings upon your needs
