How-to make Windows 7 Guest OS Network active ONLY if Mac VPN is on

I have tried multiple settings but was not able to achieve the following.

I would like the Windows 7 Guest OS to have all its traffic go thru the Mac OS VPN and only thru the Mac OS VPN. It means that if Mac OS VPN goes down, then Windows 7 Guest OS should not to have any Internet access.

I have been able to do the first part, but if the VNP drops, then the non-vpn access takes over and Guest OS still has Internet access.

Has anyone been successful with a similar setup?

Is there a way to force the Guest OS traffic to go thru a static IP gateway (i.e the VPN gateway)?
 
There is no such settings in VM configuration. I may suggest you to use Host only network. But in case you need iNternet access in Vm - you can switch to Bridget network and set up it as a separate PC with manually set gateway
