How to move windows to an external drive

I am running Parallels 10. and windows 7 on my 2 year old iMac. Originally I partitioned my iMac hard drive to use 65K for windows. I am running out of hard disk space on my iMac and would like to move Windows 7 to an external hard drive to free up space. How do I do this? I am not very technical, so I will need a simple "non-technical" explaination.
