how to redeem the voucher code ?

I have received voucher code for free Parallels 9 license and in the confirmation Email it says I need to go to nfr.parallels.com/pd9/redeem/ to redeem the voucher code and when I did I could not hit Enter to add the voucher code.

Please help.

Hi, could you try entering the your email address with initial as upper case. For example: your email address is abc@xyz.com, try with Abc@xyz.com
