How to refresh "Parallels Shared Applications"

How can I refresh/reload the list of Parallels Shared Applications available to my Windows Guest OS? The list of applications available to my Windows Guest OS is missing a number of recently installed OSX host applications.

I'm having exactly this same problem in Jan 2016.
I see this is a very old post but I'm wondering if you ever found a solution. Any luck?

Hi, please try re-installing Parallels Tools check how it goes. Refer to this article.
