How to remap right alt key for change languages (ex) English to Korean)

Hi,
I'm using parallels 17 with my Macbook Pro 16 M1 Max.
The problem I have is I'm using the keyboard 101 key layout 1 with right alt key for change languages, English to Korean or the opposite.
That's working well actually, but I want to change/remap from the right CMD key to right alt key for using logitech keyboard.
Someone who is using the logitech keyboard for multi devices will know that the keyboard layout is different for start(window) keys and alt key(cmd key).
But when I remap the command key to alt key and alt key to cmd key, it doesn't work for language change any more.
Why this happen and how to fix/make it?
