Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac, OS X 10.11.6, MacBook Pro 11,4 Retina, 15-inch, mid-2015
After running Parallels Desktop for Mac versions 5 - 12 for many years on Windows XP, 7, and now 10, my keyboard shortcuts no longer work (after upgrading to v.12 and building a new Windows 10 VM). Specifically, classics like Cmd-C no longer map to Ctrl-C, etc. despite being properly selected (as described in the v.12 documentation) in Preferences/Shortcuts tab/Virtual Machines pane/My_Windows_VM/Profile:Windows. In short, it appears that something is messed up somewhere. Is there a procedure for returning to the default/freshly installed keyboard shortcuts in both Parallels Desktop and System Preferences?
