How to reset the license?

    I don't have access to my previous Mac and did not think of deactivating the license before I got a new one. No matter what I try, i get the error message Sadly The license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new copies. As I did not find any way to manage this myself on my account, I'm asking here. How to solve this?

    I'm using version 16.1.1 (49141).

    Hi Maria, I have the same problem (see: https://forum.parallels.com/threads/reset-my-license.354663/) an my hope was, that you could reset my license too...?
