How to return or refund Paralleles, if I buy it from Apple website

Hi. Now, I interest to buy a license of Paralleles. As I study, in my case, I will get the cheapest one form Apple website. However, Pararelles wrote in their policy that I should contact the reseller while Apple said "Products sold through this website that do not bear the Apple brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with terms and conditions packaged with the products.".

Where should I contact for refunding exactly?
