How to see my host Mac in a macOS VM?

    I know it's a stupid question, but I've installed Sierra as a VM and it isn't obvious to me how I see my host Mac drive or files!
    Anyone help?

    You should install Parallels Tools into your Sierra guest. It will provide you with Shared Folders feature which allows to access host file system from the guest.

    Thank you, but after 4 or 5 days of no reply, I worked it out for myself!
