J John15 Bit poster Mar 17, 2016 #1 Hi I'm running windows 10 in parallels on mac host. Every time i shutdown, i get "deleting snapshot". This takes a long time (~10 minutes). Why is this necessary? Can i prevent it? thx

Arunn Parallels Support Mar 20, 2016 #2 Hi John, Please check if the Smart Guard feature is disabled so that Parallels Desktop does not create automatic snapshots to replace the older ones.
