How to transfer Parallels Desktop 19 for Mac license to new Mac?

Hello,
My organization is invited my email to create an account and linked with Business Account, but I cannot activate/transfer Parallels Desktop license from old Mac to new MacBook Pro.
Please help.

Hello,

Please request your business account admin (chr****ca****@po**-co***.net) to deactivate the license fro you old machine.
