How to uninstall dictate from Parallels Desktop 10

How to uninstall dictate from Parallels Desktop 10?

I already have tried to uninstall Paralles 10 Desktop but after reinstall it the dictate componente is still there. I suppouse it is installed out from the Paralles Destop directory.
 
Hi Automan,
Please click on > Parallels Desktop icon > Preferences > Advanced > under Speech, un check " Enable Spoken Commands " > Quit and relaunch Parallels desktop 10 for Mac and check if the issue still persisting.
