I am confused as to all the information on the website, I have a permanent licence of desktop 17. I need to upgrade this to get it to work on the newer MacOS. I thought I should get a free upgrade (my work, who paid for the licence think so). Can anyone shed any light please? I think I might nee to buy a new licence as Desktop 17 has reached its end of life? If so am I able to buy am 'upgrade' or do I have to start again and pay for a full license? Thanks.
Hello @TimothyL8 , As per our records, you have a Parallels Desktop 17 permanent license, therefore you will be able to purchase and use a Parallels Desktop Upgrade License instead of a new license using this link: https://www.parallels.com/desktop-upgrade/ Thank you.
I have a similar situation. I have a parallels v18 permanent license for my Mac Studio and I want to upgrade to v19 as I run a Windows 11 as well and will be upgrading my macOS to Sonoma. However, when I go to the upgrade link that pops up, or the one provided, I don't have the option for a permanent license upgrade, only a subscription at $69 per year? How do uggrade a permanent v18 license to v19? Thanks!
Hello, Once you follow this link: https://www.parallels.com/desktop-upgrade/ Select Standard version, which is a one-time purchase. Kindly check the screenshot below. Thanks.
I have v15 that has stopped working so thought i would upgrade to v19 but the only option is to upgrade to v17. Do i have to buy v19 outright. The reason why v15 has stopped working is because I upgraded to a later version of v15 and now my computer keeps asking me to reboot.
