Hi, I am starting to use a Windows 10 VM in Parallels Desktop on the road/on battery more. As I am sure many know, Parallels and VMs consume a lot of battery. I have been reading that the Energy Saver reduces battery use by limiting unnecessary processes, and other changes - and is configurable. However, I cannot figure out how to run it - I run energy saver from inside my Windows VM and it says Energy Saver cannot be run there. I don't see any way to run it outside of the VM though.
What are the steps I need to follow to configure a competent energy use for my VM/Parallels when on battery only? Thanks for your help!
