How to use trial program feedback program coupon

I just received a coupon code after providing feedback during my trial period. I went on-line to use the code but there's no place to input the code.

What do I need to do to apply the coupon code.

Hi, once you choose the purchase method you will get new window and option "check coupon code" (see attached)

Well I haven't seen anything like your screen shot. I don't see a coupon box after selecting credit card. So to be clear, after choosing purchase method AND filling out details, I didn't see a coupon box. I thought maybe the coupon code would appear on the next screen (Review you order) and as you can see, there is no coupon box.

I'm afraid I may lose my coupon code since it was only good for 48 hours.

Help!

Sorry my bad, please check the coupon box in the shopping cart

Well thanks to the back and forth, I won't be able to use the discount code. If you look at my screen shot, if I press the big green button that says "Buy Now." I'm assuming that if I press this, it will complete my purchase and so I won't be able to use the discount code. I guess I could click on the Buy Now button and hope that I get a chance to enter a code but I don' think that will happen.

So what do I do now?

You have to check the option on the left side of the screen to enter the coupon code.

Well now I'm past the point of frustration. I have looked and LOOKED AND LOOKED for a box to enter a coupon code and haven't found one. I know you must think I'm an idiot but I do know what a coupon box looks like. In fact, my screen doesn't look anything like the one Ajith@parallels shows above. So now the code has expired and I can't use it. Please take a moment to actually LOOK at your own site and see if YOU can see a coupon box. DON'T, I repeat, don't assume that your web site hasn't changed because it has since I can't find ANY place to input a coupon code.
 
We suggest you to visit www.parallels.com and select "Buy Now". On the next page choose the product which you need and select "Buy Now" which will take you to the cart screen, in bottom left you will have a small check box "Check to enter coupon code" if you select it you can enter the coupon code and purchase Parallels Desktop at a discounted price. If your code is expired, please let us know.forum.jpg
 
Okay, mystery solved. I was able to see a "Check to enter coupon code" box when I clicked on purchase a NEW version of Parallels. If I clicked on UPGRADE, then there ISN'T a "Coupon code" box. This is a bit frustrating because I owned a previous version of Parallels and wanted to try out version 12. Therefore, I downloaded the trial version and after a few uses, I was offered the discount code if I filled out a form. So this is a bit of deceptive "advertising:" offering a discount code but only when purchasing a full version.

We really understand but you cannot use any codes to get a discount in an upgrade price as it is already discounted.
