How to use two MAC Mini's for Parallels

Hello Team, I need your help. I have two MAC Mini's 2012 and 2014. Is it possible to connect both machines and use primary one for MAC OS and secondary one for Windows OS ?

Sure. You can run Parallels Desktop with Windows on one of the machines, and it will behave just as a Windows machine would. Meaning that you can connect them over network or in any other meaningful way that Mac and Windows machines can be connected.
