How to write characters like å, Æ, Ø?

Hello
I'm using Parallels 15 Pro under MacOS X 10.14.6 German and a Windows 10 Home OS in PA15.
Now I need to write all characters like å (alt-a), Æ (shift-alt-Ä) and so on, which I can write in MacOS via alt- and shift-alt-keys.
How can I do so as well in any windows app in Windows 10 in PA15?

thanks for your answer.

In MacOS I can type a lot of additional symbols using the alt key.

In PA15 Win10 I cannot reach these characters with the alt key. Switching the language is not a solution.
