HPOfficejet 5610 Won't Print

Only on rare occasions am I able to complete a print job on my HP Officejet 5610 from Parallels (v 5 and 6), Windows 7, MacBook Pro 10.6.5.

I've done forum searches and find others with the same problem, but their requests for assistance with the problem received no follow-up posts. Has anybody found solutions?
