I can not activate v11 on my macOS

I tried to install PD v11 on my new Mac with macOS, but I can not activate due to this error show in the attached picture. I do not have other OS instances with this license activated. could anyone help me ?

Hello YangG, We have made the necessary changes for the Parallels Desktop license key. kindly try to activate it. If the issue still persists, please execute the following command with Terminal < prlsrvctl activate-license-online >.
