I cannot activate the 14 day parallels trial on my MacBook Air!

after getting windows 11 on the app, I'm greeted with an activation field window, upon clicking the free trial button, it tells me you cannot offer me a 14 day trial on this Mac!
I've never used your service before. Could it be that the previous owner of this laptop did? when we bought this laptop we erased the hard drive so I don't think it can be that... any suggestions?

Hello, please be informed that Windows does not come with a copy of Parallels Desktop - it must be purchased separately. Please refer to know more about Windows activation. Thanks.
