I cannot activate toolbox on a 2nd Mac

I just purchased or renewed a two computer license for Toolbox. However, the software won't activate on my 2nd MacBook. I suspect that it might be tied to a computer I know longer have. I don't see how to deactivate that, if that's the case. In all, Just want to be able to use my 2-computer license on two computers. Right now it's only activated on the other MacBook I do have.
