I cannot log in to windows 10, it not longer displays the user login's

I was using windows yesterday and everything was working OK. Now, when I try to log in it doesn't display the necessary login icon's for me to actually log in. Instead it just shows a background image and some icons in the bottom right. These icons let me restart windows and shut down windows, which I have tried.
Under parallels -> Actions, I have tried suspending it and then Resuming Windows.
Under parallels -> Actions, I have tried Shut Down, but it doesn't seem to shut it down, instead it just shows a big arrow.
Under parallels -> Actions, I have tried Stop. It shows a big arrow which I then use to resume and I still cannot log in.

Please can somebody help me with this - I cannot log in to windows.

Hi @mrw, can you please send us a problem report collected right after login screen (Help menu > Send Technical Data...)? This will help us significantly, please reply me back with the report ID number.
