I can't active the Parallels Destop from repair back

Apple repair my mainbord of mac pro twice,
I can active Parallels Destop at the first time .
But I can't do that at second time ?

The Parallels End User License Agreement states that you may use one copy of the Software activated by a license key on a single instance owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by you.The Agreement is available at: http://www.parallels.com/about/eula/
