I can't get Win95 nor 98 installed

I've tried three different disks on three different computers ( a Dell laptop and two generic boxes) all running WinXP. I can't get Win95 or 98 to load at all. When I start the install, the VM reports there is no bootable disk in the drive. The disks boot fine by themselves, just not in a VM. Win2000 runs perfectly, but I need Win 95/98. Any suggestions?

I have had that problem as well. My solution is to make an iso of the cd and change the cd drive in the vm to use the iso on the hard drive.
