I upgraded my printer from an HP to an Epson Workforce WF-7610. I have tried to install the driver for the Epson, but after it the downloaded file runs, there is a pop up that says that the driver cannot be installed. Therefore my Epson printer (installed through the Mac OS), is running as an HP (in the windows parallel version). How can I install the printer driver in the windows Parallel version? please help.
