I can't issue a Alt+ins key combination

Hello,

one of the key shortcuts defined in the shortcuts list is Alt+delete and it should translate into "Alt + INS" in windows. This key combination is very useful in a windows app that I run on my Parallels Desktop which is called MyLifeOrganized. For some reason, this application does not receive Alt+ins when I press Alt+Delete in my Mac keyboard. I've attempted to create an alternative shortcut for Alt + ins and it does not work either. Can anybody please help me troubleshoot this?

Right Alt Key problem

Have you tried both Alt keys?
I notice that once parallels tools are installed, the right alt key becomes Control+Alt together...
It bugs me, and it might be what you're noticing...
 
Hello,

I was desperate and installed Keytweak for windows and with it I assigned one key that is used not frequently (the catalan "ç" key) to windows INS. Once I did that, Alt+ç produces the expected results. I would say that Fn+Enter does not produce an exact "INS" key, and neither does Alt+del... this sounds a little weird, right?
