I can't open windows, help me please!!!!!

When a open parallels and I try to open windows...

Unable to connect to Hard Disk 1
Afile or device required for the operation of Hard Disk 1 does not exist or is used by another process, or you have no permission to access it. The virtual machine will continue running but the device will be disconnected.

I have Parallels for mac 6 and windows 7 professional and lion.

I have to open windows because there is a work file i need!

I have a backup on time capsule but it doesn't start...

please help me!!!!!
 
Windows may be corrupted. To access file go to /User/Documents/Parallels/
locate you virtual machine .pvm file and open with Parallels Mounter - the C: drive will be mounted to Finder
 
In case Windows Restore does not work - the only option is to restore data (use steps provided above) and reinstall Windows.
